Get access in four steps.

Use the same Discord account the whole way through.
Step 01 Required

Log in to your Whop account

Sign in to the Whop account you used to join Poke Alerts. Make sure your membership shows as active before moving on.

Step 03 Required

Join the Poke Alerts server

Use the invite from your Whop product page or the link below. Join with the same Discord account you just linked, not a different one.

Step 04 Required

Claim your access

Back on Whop, click Claim Access on the Poke Alerts product page. That syncs your membership and unlocks your channels in Discord.

Important

Use the same accounts the whole way through.

Most access issues come from mixing accounts: paying with one Whop email, linking a different Discord, then joining the server on a third. Pick one of each and stay consistent. Everything else lines up automatically.

  • One Whop account with an active Poke Alerts membership.
  • One Discord account linked inside that Whop.
  • That same Discord account joined to the Poke Alerts server.

Common questions.

I joined Discord but I can't see the alert channels.

You're missing your member role. Hop back to the Whop product page and click Claim Access. That's what tells Discord to assign your role. Refresh Discord after a few seconds.

I linked the wrong Discord account on Whop.

Open your Whop settings, disconnect the wrong Discord, and reconnect with the right one. Then redo Step 4 (Claim Access) so the role gets reassigned to the correct account.

Whop says my membership isn't active.

You may have signed in under a different email than the one you paid with. Check the address on your Whop receipt and log in with that. Still stuck? Ping us in Discord support.
